What's your biggest fear in life?

Just always be willing to learn something new, embrace culture changes, and accept innovations. If something new comes out that people are not trying, be the first to, because it might be an opportunity of a lfietime.

My friend ran a 100 miler!

I did weekly training, running a long run and a short run each week. I made sure that I wore the clothes I would run the ultra in, drank the water with electrolytes that I would use on the run, and stuck to my same nutrition. I mainly just tried to be consistent and stick to my same hydration and nutrition routine.

Winter Gloves

I think thicker but tighter if possible. Although, I’ve heard a lot of good from people using mittens!

Is it the body or the mind or both?

It was both for me. Doing the 50K last August was both a physical endeavor and a mental endeavor. During the last half, I was in pain, stiffening up, and depleted. Had I not trained, I don’t think I could have continued. But I also had to wrap my mind around having 20 miles left, 10 miles left, and even 3 miles left. I worked out my body and my mind.

Does pace matter to you?

I think pace in generally difficult to maintain on trails anywho! The road is easy to maintain a pace, but the trail constantly changes.

Winter Gloves

I always find that basic gloves when it comes to trail running tend to not work as well, especially when we are in the dead of winter and we have really cold winds and weather. I prefer something that is much thicker and I know will keep my hands warm when trail running, so winter running gloves are my go-to.

50K is amazing, not something that I could do yet, but I am sure that by building myself up, it would be possible at some point and for sure a goal I could achieve in time. What are you doing to prepare for your 50 miler? That one definitely sounds like a challenge!

Does pace matter to you?

I honestly don't care about pace cause i feel this is just another way to put myself under unnecessary pressurs.

Is it the body or the mind or both?

I don’t think everyone needs to run long distances to prove they’re physically or mentally strong. Some people naturally enjoy running, while others prefer different activities. Almost anyone can build endurance with practice, but not everyone has to become a long-distance runner to be fit or mentally strong.

If you’ve run long distances, you probably are strong both body and mind. But when you talk to people who don’t run, do you look at them and tell them they need to improve their body, their mind or even both? Are some people just never cut out for running long distances?

Favorite Color

I don't have a favorite color though but in a situation where i have to choose a color, it might most likely be green or blue.

Favorite season

Over here we have just two seasons which are the rainy season and the dry season, or, as some like to call it, the wet and dry season. My personal favorite is the rainy season. This is because the weather is usually very cold, especially when it rains; it helps with the hot weather, and there are power outages.

What's your biggest fear in life?

Working on building my own brand in graphic design and customized items. Also trying to invest in other things. Though I am experiencing a little bit of setbacks right now, I am still pushing.

Yes, it's actually a very popular brand in South Asia. Places like Pakistan and the Philippines. And over here in Africa.
