I ran a 15K yesterday.

It was my second fastest recorded 15K.

My stats:

  • 1,181 ft elevation gain

  • 9.52 total mi distance

  • Time was 2:33:33

  • Avg Gap 14:44/mi

PR gained for 400m best of all time and ½ mile best of all time.

It was great run! 77 degrees, too!
