Long-term injury

Many runners end up with having long-term injuries that eventually make them stop running for good.

Are you at all afraid of this happening to you?

What are you doing to prevent this?

For me I prevent long term injury by not running too much without rest. We need to listen to our body and take breaks when needed. This is because rest days are just as important as running days. We just have to balance the two.

Rest is so important.

Ignoring it can really harm your efforts.

Definitely, One of the biggest benefits of injury recovery days is that they reduce the likelihood of overuse injuries. If you rest your injury if any healed fadter. You'll even run better after a rest day.
