What does your winter training routine look like?

Do you run indoors more on a treadmill or are you still getting outside?

It usually gets dark earlier in the winter. Are you running in the dark at all?

We don't have winter here, but during the rainy season, I don't get to go out most mornings, so I usually do my run indoors. I always make sure I have a good movie playing while I do my run.

Nope, in winter I do my runs indoors. It's easy to lose motivation In the cold. But being indoors on a treadmill, you can keep up your regular running schedule. So I do indoors more no matter the weather. With a treadmill at home, I still enjoy the benefits of regular exercise and weight management.

The great thing about running indoors is that the seasons don’t affect you. In winter, if it’s freezing outside, you’ll be much warmer indoors and can run without any issues; in summer, you can just turn on the air conditioning, and you’re all set—you can run without feeling like you’re going to die from the intense heat and direct sun. 😂

My point exactly, By running indoors, your body will be better able to handle the strain of your workouts with less risk of injury. Cold weather is incredibly drying to the body and running can be restricted. Running Indoors during winter offers no weather worries · and you would be in a controlled environment for better focus.
